Baby and You
This course is designed to help you settle into parenthood and flows on from your childbirth education (antenatal) class. It is a series of four morning sessions (10am-12pm) that cover a variety of topics.
The course answers such questions as:

- What just happened and what do I do now? When will it get easier?
- How can we know the best way to get our baby to sleep?
- Why am I so tired - and what can I do about it?
- Where can I get a quiet coffee, and breastfeed at the same time?
- Do I have enough milk? My baby seems hungry all the time!
- What can I say to my mother's "so helpful" advice?
- What does "normal" development mean and how can playing encourage it?
And so much more!
Tutors:
